Taste

Where it comes from
Mint toffee is a traditional British sweet, and the combination follows the same logic as an after dinner mint, richness followed by something to cut through it. Toffee making was a northern English speciality, with Lancashire and Yorkshire producing most of the country's output through the twentieth century.
What it's made of
Glucose syrup, sugar, sweetened condensed milk and palm oil boiled to a chewy toffee, flavoured with natural mint and wrapped individually.
