The short version
You can use the site for shopping and looking. Don't copy our stuff or try to break it. If we get a price wrong we can cancel and refund. Your consumer rights aren't affected.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you buy from us, our Shipping, Delivery and Returns policy applies too, and if you subscribe, our Subscription Terms apply as well.
Using the site
We do our best to keep the site available but we can take it down, change it or restrict access at any time, and we're not liable if it's unavailable. Don't misuse it. That means no viruses, no attempts to get into parts of the site you shouldn't, no scraping, and no using it for anything unlawful.
What's ours
Everything on this site, the words, photos, videos, logos, the Candy4U name, the packaging designs and the way the site works, belongs to IPOC Limited or the people who've licensed it to us. You can share links and screenshots for personal, non commercial use. You can't copy, sell or reuse any of it commercially without asking us in writing first.
Buying from us
When you order, you're confirming the details you give us are accurate. Prices are in pounds. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown wrongly or a product's out of stock, and if we do we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid. Your order is accepted when we send the dispatch email, not before.
Accuracy
We try to keep everything on the site accurate, including ingredients and allergens, but always check the label on the pouch before eating. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we'll fix it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law says we can't limit. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we're not liable for loss or damage from using the site or relying on its content. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Links to other sites
We link to other sites, TikTok, Instagram, our delivery partners and so on. They're not ours and we're not responsible for what's on them.
Changes
We can update these terms by changing this page. The date at the bottom tells you when we last did. Carrying on using the site after a change means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
