Where it comes from
Novelty fudge flavours are a British market stall and seaside phenomenon of the last twenty years, where makers compete on how unexpected a flavour can be. Bubblegum is the flavour that appears first in almost every novelty range, because it signals fun more clearly than anything else.
What it's made of
A nougat style fudge of icing sugar, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, glucose syrup, gelatine and cornflour, flavoured with bubblegum and coloured pink. Not suitable for vegetarians.
