Bubblegum Fudge

Ask a child for their favourite flavour and you'll get one answer, and it isn't a fruit. Bubblegum Fudge is a soft, bright pink cube with the sweet, slightly floral taste of a gumball machine. It chews a little, then melts, and there's no gum in it, so it can be swallowed without a lecture.

It's made in the nougat style, with icing sugar and gelatine rather than milk or a soya base, which is why it's lighter and chewier than the classic fudges. The pink is as loud as it looks.

Put it with Candy Floss Fudge and Birthday Cake Fudge for a pink party box, or next to Bubblegum Pigs for a bag with no regrets.

Express delivery is £5.99 for next working day delivery when you order before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day. The Highlands and islands can take a little longer.
