Taste

Where it comes from
Cranberries are native to North America and were used by indigenous peoples long before European settlement, but they only became a British ingredient in the later twentieth century through imported dried fruit. Pairing them with white chocolate is a modern combination built on the contrast between sharp and very sweet.
What it's made of
A fudge made on a soya drink base with white chocolate and cranberry flavourings and sweetened dried cranberries folded through. No milk in the recipe.
