Eton mess is traditionally associated with Eton College and was reportedly served at the annual cricket match against Harrow in the nineteenth century. The story that it was created when a dog sat on a picnic basket is repeated often and confirmed by nobody.
What it's made of
A fudge made on a soya drink base with meringue pieces of sugar and pasteurised egg white folded through, a strawberry and sparkling wine flavour, and a white chocolate flavour coating that contains milk.
