Where it comes from
Banoffee pie was invented in 1971 in a Sussex restaurant by combining boiled condensed milk with bananas and cream. Since fudge already contains condensed milk, banoffee is one of the more natural flavour extensions in the range.
What it's made of
A fudge made on a soya drink base with sugar, glucose and hydrogenated palm kernel oil, with banana and toffee flavouring. No milk in the recipe.
