What it is
A layered fudge, vanilla against chocolate, so you get both in a single bite.
Taste

Where it comes from
Layered fudge is made by pouring one batch on top of another before the first has fully set, so they bond. It is one of the simplest ways to add visual interest to a slab, and it has been done by British fudge makers for decades.
What it's made of
Two fudge batches, one vanilla and one chocolate, poured in sequence into the same tray and cut through both layers when set.
