Why pick a side? Vanilla Chocolate Fudge is a two tone cube, a layer of pale vanilla fudge sitting on a layer of dark chocolate flavoured fudge, so every bite gets both. Soft and slightly crumbly, the vanilla sweet, the chocolate flavour deeper.
Made for us by The Fudge Factory on their soya base, so no milk but the same dense, short texture you want from fudge. The line between the layers is clean, so you can eat it top down if you're that sort of person.
It goes with Chocolate Fudge and Vanilla Fudge in an obvious way, or with Clotted Cream Fudge for three shades of pale in a gift box.
Made on a soya base with no milk in the recipe, and no gelatine, so suitable for vegetarians. Contains soya. May contain traces of nuts and peanuts. Contains the colour E102, which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
