Every tin of wrapped sweets has one that goes first, and it's usually the eclair. Milk Chocolate Eclairs are a chewy caramel toffee shell with a soft milk chocolate centre, so you get a slow, buttery chew for the first few seconds and then the chocolate turns up and melts through it.
These are made by Walker's Nonsuch, who have been making toffee since 1894 and still twist wrap every one. The chocolate centre is real milk chocolate at 16% of the sweet, with 31% minimum cocoa solids, and the toffee is made on condensed milk and butter.
They're the anchor of any toffee selection. Add Toffee Eclairs for the dark and white chocolate versions, Creamy Toffee for the plain one, and Salted Caramel Toffee for the fashionable one.
Made without gelatine, suitable for vegetarians. Contains milk and soya. May contain traces of gluten and tree nuts.
