The Fudge Factory make it on their soya base with no milk in the recipe at all, so the orange stays sharp. The chocolate is a flavouring rather than cocoa, so it's sweet and mellow, and the orange does the heavy lifting.
It sits with Chocolate Fudge and Orange Sponge Fudge for a box of the orange ones, or with Orange Chocolate Nibbles to go all in.
