A soft white chew flavoured with spearmint, in a twist wrapper. Cool, sweet and long lasting, and one of the few mint flavoured chews still sold.
Taste

Where it comes from
Spearmint chews are a British penny sweet of the mid twentieth century, from the same family as Black Jacks and Fruit Salads. Spearmint was a popular flavour in chewing gum and sweets alike from the early 1900s, and the chew version gave the flavour without the gum.
What it's made of
Glucose syrup, sugar and vegetable oil worked into a chew with egg albumen for lightness, flavoured with natural spearmint.
