The chew is the secret. Bonbons should be soft enough to give straight away but dense enough to last, and these get it exactly right. Not a hard toffee, not a jelly, something in between that slowly melts as you go.
Made with vegan ingredients and no gelatine, so the whole family can share the bag. Pair them with Blue Raspberry Bon Bons and Cherry Bon Bons for a bonbon mix, or hide a few in a retro pouch for the person who always goes for the pink ones first.
