Sourish is the right word. They are soft, chewy and fruity, just like the originals, with a gentle sour twist that brightens the flavour without making you wince. It is a good one for anyone who finds full sours a bit much.
Mix them with Pastel Fish and let people guess which is which, or add Scandi Cherry Fish for a proper shoal.
