What it is
Soft, chewy pastel fish with a gentle sour twist. Fruity and easy going. Made without gelatine.
Taste
Where it comes from
A lightly sour version of Malaco's Pastellfiskar, the pastel fish sold in Sweden. The same company created the fish shaped sweet that became famous in America as Swedish Fish.
What it's made of
Sugar, glucose syrup and starch with acids (citric acid, tartaric acid), natural flavourings, acidity regulator (E524) and colours (E160e, E141, E160a).
