What it is
A soft, chewy sweet made to look like an avocado, with a sweet, creamy flavour. Made without gelatine.

Where it comes from
Made by Damel, a Spanish confectioner that traces its history to a small pastry shop opened in Elche, near Alicante, in 1860. Its sweets are regulars on the Scandinavian wall, and this is one that gets noticed.
