Pastellfiskar, as they are called in Sweden, are the soft coloured little fish from Malaco that have been swimming through pick and mix bags for years.
They are fish shaped, soft and chewy, with gentle fruity flavours. There is nothing sharp or sour about them. They are simply a sweet, mellow favourite that looks lovely in the bag.
For a sharper version try Sourish Pastel Fish, or make a school of them with Scandi Cherry Fish.
