The Fudge Factory make it on their soya base with no milk in the recipe, which is why the lemon comes through so clean. The sourness is in the flavouring rather than a sugar sanding, so it's a proper tang rather than a fizz.
Pair it with Vanilla Fudge to soften it, Very Berry Fudge for contrast, or Lemon Bon Bons if you want the whole bag lemon.
