Fudge doesn't usually get to go on holiday, but this one has. Mango and Passion Fruit Fudge is a bright orange yellow cube with a sweet, juicy mango flavour and the tangy, slightly floral edge of passion fruit behind it.
It's made by The Fudge Factory on their soya base with no milk in the recipe, so the tropical flavours come through clean rather than hiding under dairy. The passion fruit is the clever bit: it stops the mango being one note.
Pair it with Strawberry & Cream Fudge and Very Berry Fudge for a fruit box, or with Vanilla Fudge for something plain beside it.
Made on a soya base with no milk in the recipe, and no gelatine, so suitable for vegetarians. Contains soya. May contain traces of nuts and peanuts. Contains the colours E122, E110 and E102, which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
