A soft, smooth chew with the melting texture of a caramel but a bright fruit flavour in place of the toffee, so it feels rich and light at the same time. They take their time in the mouth, which is the point.
There's no milk in the recipe, which surprises people given how smooth they are. The texture comes from coconut oil and cocoa butter instead, and the colours from carrot, black carrot and elderberry. A quiet, traditional sweet that's been made the same way for a long time.
They go with Creamy Toffee and Milk Chocolate Eclairs for a soft, chewy grown up bag, or with Fruit Salads if you want a fruity mix that isn't all gums.
