Taste

Where it comes from
Fruit caramels are a European speciality, particularly Dutch and Italian, where the chew technology used for dairy caramels was applied to fruit flavours instead. The result has the same mouthfeel as toffee without any of the dairy, which makes many of them suitable for vegans.
What it's made of
Glucose syrup, sugar and coconut oil with emulsifiers and gelling agents, flavoured with fruit and coloured with vegetable and fruit concentrates.
