Sour apple and sherbet were always going to get on. Sour Apple Sherbet Blasts take a green apple chew bar with sherbet running through it and freeze dry it into a light, crunchy bar that fizzes the moment it starts to melt. The sourness is sharp but not cruel, and the apple underneath is sweet.

During freeze drying the bars are frozen solid, then the pressure drops and the ice inside them evaporates without melting. All the water leaves and the structure stays, so each bar puffs up, goes brittle and tastes stronger than it did as a chew.

Pair them with Nuclear Apple Crunch if you want to go properly sour, Zesty Apple Crunchies for more fizz, or Apple Cloud Crunch to complete the apple set.
