Moonburst Bites are what happens when a fruit chew goes to the moon. Take a soft chew flavoured with six fruit juices, freeze dry it, and it puffs into a light, airy bite with a crisp shell that shatters on the first crunch and melts into fruity dust.
The juices are apple, orange, blackcurrant, strawberry, lime and lemon, so every bite can be a different flavour, and the colours come from anthocyanins, beta-carotene and spirulina. Freeze drying takes the water out and leaves the flavour in, which is why they taste fruitier and lighter than the chews they started as.
Pair with Fruit Bombs and Rainbow Fruit Puffs for a full freeze dried fruit bag, or Wild Berry Fruit Puffs when you want more berry.
Made with vegan ingredients and no gelatine.
