Fruit chews in assorted flavours are one of the most familiar sweets there is. Freeze drying makes each one swell into a crisp shell with an airy middle.

What it's made of

Glucose syrup, sugar and palm fat with apple, orange, blackcurrant, strawberry, lime and lemon juices, citric and malic acid, modified starch and flavourings, coloured with anthocyanins, beta-carotene and spirulina.
