Cappuccino takes its name from the brown robes of Capuchin friars, which is a lot of history for a milky coffee. Cappuccino Fudge keeps it simple: a soft, smooth, coffee coloured cube with a mild coffee flavour and a sweet clotted cream note on top, like the foam.
The Fudge Factory make it on their soya base with no milk in the recipe, and the coffee and clotted cream are both flavourings, so it's gentle rather than bitter.
It goes with Gingerbread Latte Fudge for a coffee shop box, with Salted Caramel Fudge for a dinner party finish, or with Chocolate Fudge for a mocha.
