Birthday Cake Fudge is a soft pink fudge with a cookie dough and raspberry flavour, topped with a layer of white chocolate coating and a scatter of rainbow sugar strands. It tastes like the corner piece of a supermarket birthday cake, which is the best piece.
The Fudge Factory make the fudge on their soya base, but the white chocolate coating on top contains milk, so this one isn't for anyone avoiding dairy. The sprinkles are the classic multicoloured strands, which is where most of the colours come from.
It's the one for a birthday box, alongside Cookie Dough Fudge, Vanilla Fudge and Candy Floss Fudge.
