Banana Split Eclairs turn the pudding into a toffee. Each one is a chewy caramel eclair with a big hit of sweet banana and a soft white chocolate centre, so you get banana, buttery caramel and creamy white chocolate in one slow chew.
They're made by Walker's Nonsuch, who have been making toffee since 1894, and each one is twist wrapped in gold with green ends. The white chocolate centre is 16% of the sweet, and the toffee is made on sweetened condensed milk and butter.
They're the fun one in a toffee selection. Pair them with Milk Chocolate Eclairs for a proper eclair bag, or with Banana and Toffee Foam Mushrooms and Banoffee Fudge if banana is the whole point.
