Soft, fluffy and impossible to eat slowly, Banana and Toffee Foam Mushrooms are a pick and mix wall regular from Franssons, the Swedish sweet maker.
Each one is a pillowy foam sweet that squashes down and springs back as you chew. The flavour is mellow banana with a soft toffee note, sweet rather than sharp, which makes them a lovely soft landing in a bag full of sours.
They sit perfectly beside Giant Mushrooms and Sugar Cubes in an all foam bag, or try them with Bubs Banana and Caramel to double up on the banana.
