What it is
Soft, fluffy foam mushrooms with a mellow banana flavour and a soft toffee note. Sweet, not sharp.
Taste
Where it comes from
They come from Franssons, a foam sweet specialist in Gränna, a small Swedish town on the shore of Lake Vättern. The mushroom is one of the standard shapes of Swedish pick and mix, and banana with toffee is one of its gentlest flavours.
What it's made of
Sugar, glucose-fructose syrup and water with gelatine, humectant (sorbitol), acidity regulator (citric acid), flavourings and colours (E100, E150c).
