Soft foam mushrooms rolled in sour, fizzy sugar, with mixed fruit flavours.

Where it comes from
Made by Franssons of Gränna, the foam sweet business started by Alf Fransson. The foam is made by whipping air into the sweet mix before it sets.
What it's made of
Sugar, glucose-fructose syrup and water with gelatine, humectant (sorbitol), acidity regulator (citric acid), flavouring, sodium bicarbonate and colours (E120, E133).
