Fizzy Mushrooms come from Franssons, the Swedish sweet maker, and they are a favourite with anyone who likes a sweet that fights back a little.
They are mushroom shaped foam sweets, rolled in a sour, fizzy sugar that tingles on the tongue. Once the coating has done its work, the foam underneath is soft, airy and sweet, so you get the full ride from sharp to mellow in one sweet.
Plant them next to Giant Mushrooms and Foam Mushrooms for a whole forest floor, or add Fizzy Rings to keep the fizz going.
