Where it comes from
These are Skumkantareller, foam chanterelles, from Malaco, the Swedish brand founded in Malmö in 1934 and now part of Cloetta. The foam mushroom is one of the standard shapes of Swedish pick and mix, sold plain, sour, fizzy and in a long list of flavours.
What it's made of
Glucose syrup, sugar and invert sugar syrup with gelatine, vegetable oils (coconut, rapeseed), acid (citric acid), flavouring, glazing agent (carnauba wax) and colour (E120).
