Taste

Where it comes from
Watermelon came into British confectionery through American imports in the 1990s and has become one of the most requested flavours in pick and mix. It works particularly well in a chew, where the flavour has time to develop.
What it's made of
Sugar, glucose syrup and hydrogenated coconut fat chewed and dusted, flavoured with watermelon and coloured with curcumin, caramel and brilliant blue.
