What it is

Where it comes from
Sour apple is one of the standard flavours of the Swedish pick and mix wall. The sourness in a real green apple and in the sweet comes from the same thing, malic acid.
What it's made of
Glucose syrup, sugar and maize starch with acids (citric acid, malic acid), acidity regulators (sodium malates, sodium citrates), natural apple flavouring with other natural flavourings, colours (spirulina and apple concentrate, curcumin) and wheat starch.
