What it is

Where it comes from
The watermelon member of the sour wine gum family on the Swedish wall, sweet and juicy once the sour sugar has gone. Watermelon flavour in sweets is brighter and sweeter than the fruit itself.
What it's made of
Glucose syrup, sugar and maize starch with acids (citric acid, malic acid), acidity regulators (sodium malates, sodium citrates), natural flavouring, colour (concentrate of sweet potato and carrot) and wheat starch.
