What it is
Sugar dusted wine gums with a rich, deep cherry flavour and a sharp sour edge. Made without gelatine.
Taste
Where it comes from
Part of the run of sour sugared wine gums on the Swedish wall. The wine gum itself is British, created by Charles Gordon Maynard in 1909, and the Swedish wall rolls it in sour sugar.
What it's made of
Glucose syrup, sugar and maize starch with acids (citric acid, malic acid), acidity regulators (sodium malates, sodium citrates), natural flavouring, colours (paprika extract, caramel, spirulina and apple concentrate, sweet potato and carrot concentrate, curcumin) and wheat starch.
