These are sugar dusted wine gums with a good firm chew. The cherry flavour is rich and deep, closer to a morello than a cocktail cherry, and the sour sugar on the outside keeps every bite bright.
It is lovely with Sour Blackcurrant for a dark fruit bag, and Scandi Cherry Fish gives you a softer, sweeter cherry to go alongside.
