Sharp, green and mouth watering. Swedish Sour Apple comes from the S-Märke range, the name behind many of the best sours on the Swedish pick and mix wall.
It is a soft jelly coated in sugar, with the taste of a tart green apple. The first bite makes your mouth water, the way a real Granny Smith does, and then a clean apple sweetness follows it through.
Put it with Sour Pear Twins for an orchard pairing, or work your way along the S-Märke sours with Sour Peach and Sour Cherry.
