What it is
Assorted sugar free hard fruit sweets in several flavours and colours.

Where it comes from
Mixed sugar free assortments were traditionally sold in chemists rather than sweet shops, aimed at diabetics. As sugar reduction became a mainstream concern rather than a medical one, they moved onto ordinary shelves and into pick and mix.
What it's made of
Isomalt, maltitol and sucralose boiled hard with citric acid, flavoured and coloured with beetroot red, carotenes, paprika extract and vegetable carbon.
