Where it comes from
Maracuja is the name for passion fruit in Portuguese and German, and it is the name this sweet goes by on the Swedish wall. The flavour is one of the most fragrant in the sour wine gum family.
What it's made of
Glucose syrup, sugar and maize starch with acids (citric acid, malic acid), acidity regulators (sodium malates, sodium citrates), natural flavourings, colours (fruit and plant concentrates passion fruit, carrot, blackcurrant, safflower) and wheat starch.
