What it is

Where it comes from
One of the more unusual pairings in the sour wine gum family. Dragon fruit, also called pitaya, is mild and lightly sweet, so the peach does most of the talking.
What it's made of
Glucose syrup, sugar and maize starch with acids (citric acid, malic acid), acidity regulators (sodium malates, sodium citrates), natural flavourings, colours (concentrate of radish, lemon and blackcurrant, paprika extract) and wheat starch.
