Where it comes from
Melon is a far bigger sweet flavour in Asia and southern Europe than in Britain, where it arrived through imported confectionery in the 1990s. The three colour slice shows off multi colour depositing and looks like what it is at a glance.
What it's made of
Sugar, glucose syrup and wheat starch with modified starches, lactic, citric and malic acid, sodium malate and vegetable and plant concentrates from black carrot, spirulina and safflower.
