What it is
A marshmallow moulded as a cupcake in two colours, soft and springy with a strawberry and vanilla flavour.
Taste
Where it comes from
Shaped marshmallows became possible once depositing machinery could handle an aerated mix in more than one colour, which is relatively recent. The cupcake arrived with the cupcake boom of the late 2000s.
What it's made of
Sugar, glucose fructose syrup and water with pork and beef gelatine, maize starch, flavourings and colours E100 and E120.
