Somebody looked at a marshmallow and decided it should be a cupcake, and the world is better for it. Marshmallow Cupcakes are small, soft mallows moulded into a cupcake shape, a pale case underneath and a pink swirl of icing on top. The bite is light and fluffy with a sweet strawberry and vanilla flavour.
The detail is what sells them. The ridges on the case are there, the swirl on top is there, and the pink and white split matches the flavours: strawberry on top, vanilla underneath. On a tray of pick n mix they're the one people photograph.
They belong in a birthday bag, a gift box, or anything pink. Pair them with Marshmallow Stars and Mini Heart Marshmallows for a soft and sweet mix, or add Milk Bottles for a bit of retro against the novelty.
