What it is
A gummy strawberry with a soft jelly filling, so it gives twice. Sweet and jammy with a slight sharpness.

Where it comes from
Filled gummies are made by co extrusion, pumping a softer centre through the middle of a firmer shell, which became standard in the 1990s. Strawberry is the most produced filled flavour in Europe.

Glucose syrup, sugar and water with acids E330, E296 and E270, a pectin gelling agent, acidity regulator E331 and a carnauba wax glaze.
