Taste

Where it comes from
Cream soda dates from nineteenth century America, where soda fountains served carbonated water flavoured with vanilla and sugar. The flavour crossed to Britain and became a bottled drink here too, which is why cream soda is one of the few American soda flavours British customers recognise.
What it's made of
A starch jelly centre flavoured with vanilla and a soda blend, panned with sugar and polished with wax and confectioner's glaze.
