Where it comes from
Jelly Belly built its reputation on flavour accuracy from 1976 onwards, using fruit purees and juices rather than flavourings alone. Extending that into a chew format lets the same flavour work be used in a different texture.
What it's made of
Corn syrup, sugar and hydrogenated coconut oil with invert sugar, egg albumin, citric acid and soya lecithin, whipped into a soft taffy style chew.
