A sugar free version of the traditional mint humbug, striped and strongly flavoured.

Where it comes from
Humbugs are a traditional British boiled sweet from at least the Victorian period, associated with the north of England. The sugar free version is technically demanding because the stripes require the sugar mass to be pulled, and sweeteners behave differently under pulling.
What it's made of
Isomalt and maltitol with vegetable fat, milk powder, butter, soya lecithin and natural flavourings, boiled, pulled and striped.
