What it is
A sour apple foam sweet, freeze dried so it dissolves almost the moment it reaches your tongue. Sharp, light and very hard to stop eating.
Taste
Where it comes from
Foam sweets get their lightness from air whipped into the mix, and freeze drying takes that further by removing the water. What is left is mostly air and flavour.
What it's made of
Glucose syrup and sugar whipped into a foam with gelatine, modified starch, apple pulp and citric acid, coloured with lutein.
