What it is
A chewy bon bon with a blue raspberry flavour and a powdered coating. Familiar texture, unfamiliar flavour for a traditional sweet.
Taste

Where it comes from
Blue raspberry is an American flavour of the 1950s and 1960s, created so that soda and ice lolly makers could tell red flavours apart. Putting it into a traditional British bon bon is a modern move, and it now sells better than several of the original flavours.
What it's made of
Sugar, glucose syrup and fully hydrogenated coconut fat chewed and dusted, flavoured with blue raspberry and coloured with brilliant blue.
